Shipping policy

Our items are handmade and personalized per order just for you. We always complete orders in the order they have been received. Typically waiting times for making the items are 1 to 2 weeks. We ship items under 1lb with USPS first class mail and all items over 1lb are shipped with USPS priority mail. All items that are shipped via USPS priority mail are included with insurance. If an item becomes damaged, you can file a damaged item report on USPS website to make your insurance claim and they will refund you the cost of damages.
